Grave Capt Evelyn Bazalgette
Quote from guest on 14th September 2008, 10:32 pmI have just been going through my part of the family tree and came across the photo of Evelyn's tomb. We have in our possesion a drawing of the tomb and its inscription that was sent to my great great grandfather Lt Col John, by Evelyn's commanding officer Lt. Col. Craig of the 96th Regiment. We are also in possesion of some of his medals as well as others belong to various members of the family including if (I remember correctly) Lt Col John's Egypt medal of 1801
